Navigation menus are important to search content from the blog.And it is also important to make navigation bars user friendly.
So to make navigation bar user friendly today i made a floating navigation bar.Which is floating even when you scrolling the page of blog.

How To Add Floating Navigation Bar in Blogger Blog:

1)Go t o blogger.com->Template->Edit Html->Proceed

2)Now in template search StyleSheet by ]]>

Tag and just above it paste the code by Download From Here.
3)Now search and just below it paste the code by Download From Here.

4)Save the template and see the new magic floating navigation bar.
