Did you face any disruptions while accessing Google apps today, if no then you are among the lucky one's as the issue with Gmail is thought to affect fewer than 100,000 users out of the more than 425million who have Gmail accounts worldwide.
Popular applications including Gmail and Google Drive were among six affected by partial service disruptions.

The company disclosed on its website that six of its 13 applications were having partial status disruptions on its status tracker. The others were the Docs, Spreadsheets and Presentations applications, as well as the administrator control panel.
The disruptions started affecting people worldwide around noon GMT. Google did not immediately respond to questions about the cause of the outage and precisely how many people were affected.
